Wedding Timelines

I like to schedule my Wedding Timelines around Golden Hour.

GOLDEN HOUR: The hour to hour and half right before sunset. The light of the sun is the gentlest creating soft and "glowy" light. Perfect for Portraits of just the Newly Weds after a full day of Wedding Festivities!

Please consider your wedding timeline BEFORE booking your Ceremony + Reception timeslots!

And BEFORE sending out Wedding Invitations!

Planning a Wedding is a Big task, especially for someone who has never done it. I am here to help! I am big on timelines and they are a must in my wedding services. I love making sure we stay organized and as "on track" as possible for your Big Day! Which brings me to the number ONE tip for every bride.

Allow buffer time.

Don't plan everything to the minute, personally I live for my planner and schedule, but there are some things that may be out of our control. The Groom locks his keys in the vehicle or your ceremony takes longer than expected. Whatever it may be, Wedding Days are never perfectly on schedule, and that's OKAY. Allowing a little buffer time takes away any Wedding Day stress.

I'll include a few other tips below the timelines for you to review as well.

Wedding Day Tips

Hair + Make Up

Everyone that will be photographed for Bridal Getting Ready NEEDS to have hair and makeup done BEFORE the photographer arrives. You're welcome to put the last finishing touches on while I'm photographing all your beautiful Details.

Necklace Hack

Apply a little eyelash glue to the clasp of your necklace to keep it perfectly in place the entire day.

The Dress

Another good lesson brought to us by the Queen of the Kardashian Empire. The Dress should fit YOU, you shouldn't fit the dress.

You do not have to change your body in any sort of way to fit into a dress you will wear for one day.

Prioritize Fun!

Plan date nights with your partner! Wedding planning can be stressful so plan date nights with your partner and with friends to take a break from the planning.
